About Company

Elsalma poultry processing started in 2008 as a big poultry slaughterhouse in Bayad Al’arab, Beni Suef, Egypt. With a production capacity of 30,000 birds per day. But due to the highly competitive market and small point of sale in Egypt, we decided to head towards the collection of different kinds of animal by-products and processing them in a very efficient way.
